This is a great tool that gives us insight into comparable home sales, and it will help determine the best price to list the home so that it sells promptly. I will be able to expertly assess your home’s current value so your return will be optimized.

Make those home repairs!
In today’s busy market many home buyers are looking for a move-in-ready home. What does this mean for you, the seller? Fix and clean up those items or areas around your home that need improvement to maximize your home's exterior curb appeal and interior charm. One of the best things you can do to help sell your home quickly is prepare your home to make a great first impression. I can work with you to help identify what should be a priority.

Get your home under warranty.
By providing an initial warranty the buyer can feel confident and worry-free about buying your home. In addition, this helps you as the seller, in an instance should anything major occur while the home is on the market to sell. Make the right calls. Notify your phone company, utility companies, moving company, post office, newspaper and magazines, friends and family that you are moving. If you are also purchasing home, remember to transfer your services over to your new home.
